Advanced Asana Study - Learn how to teach advanced poses
using cues, modifications and injury considerations. Directions and
demonstrations are included.
Yoga History: This course will teach you about yoga's
history and the journey that it took to get there. It also includes a look at
the ancient texts that gave rise to the practice. Find out about the Yogi
Gurus who spread the practice across the west in the 19th century.
Advanced Study of the Ancient Texts: Learn in detail
about the revered ancient Bhagavadgita book. Learn the ancient wisdom
of this book and how it relates to modern life.
Understanding Different Styles: Learn how to recognize
stylistic and structural differences among different types of yoga, such as
Hatha and Vinyasa, Yin and Hot.
How to Work with Injuries: Learn how to prevent and
